Let's Talk About BSB

I embarked on my carving journey 20 years ago, guided by my grandpa Greg. Many of you might know him or have taken one of his classes. Some of you may even remember when I first started carving, with trips to AWC in Iowa being the highlight of my summer vacations. Early on, I met Denny Neubauer, and while young me didn’t grasp the significance of this connection, it would later prove invaluable.

In 2022, a comment made during a Sunday lunch sparked a realization: "I can do this!" With the encouragement and support of my grandpa Greg and my good friend Denny, I decided to take the plunge. I spent a weekend making knives with Denny, who has been enthusiastic about our progress.

We are a young company dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality knives. Each knife is crafted from O1 Tool Steel, precision cut with a water jet, and sharpened by hand. Our handles are made from premium wood and meticulously shaped by hand. If you’re looking for something custom, please reach out so we can create the knife of your dreams!
