At Badger State Blades, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee for eligible returns.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at orders@badgerstateblades.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• Returned items must be in resellable condition.

• A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets the return requirements.

Defective Products

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at orders@badgerstateblades.com. Upon inspection, Badger State Blades will repair, replace, or refund the defective item at our discretion. Return shipping for defective items may be covered at our expense if the issue is confirmed.
