International Orders & Customs Fees

Badger State Blades proudly ships internationally; however, customers placing orders for delivery outside of the United States should be aware of the following terms:

1. Import Duties & Taxes
   All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout.

2. Customer Responsibility
   The recipient of the order is solely responsible for payment of any applicable customs duties and taxes. Badger State Blades does not collect or remit any of these fees on behalf of the customer and cannot estimate what these charges may be.
   We strongly recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.

3. Delays Due to Customs
   Customs processing times may vary by country and are outside the control of Badger State Blades. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, government inspections, or import regulations.

4. Refused or Returned Packages
   If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us due to non-payment of customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for:

   • All return shipping costs,

   • Any customs or brokerage fees incurred by Badger State Blades,

   • A restocking fee of up to 15% (if applicable).

   If the returned package is received in resalable condition, a refund may be issued minus the above charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Final Acknowledgment
   By placing an international order with Badger State Blades, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms regarding customs fees and international shipping responsibilities.
